His expertise includes economic development strategies, business restructuring and enterprise reform, public-private partnerships, project and infrastructure finance, and private participation in infrastructure. He has extensive experience in gaming regulations and business development in Vietnam, including traditional and electronic lottery, instant tickets, sports betting, and casino.
